This whole situation about classified or unclassified documents is silly. The Democrats and their friends in the media cite the Presidential Records Act, but this is a toothless bill with zero enforcement mechanisms.
One agent from the National Archives said there is a “gentleman’s agreement” in practice so that if a former President is in possession of a document(s) that the National Archives has requested then it is returned without incident but if you are President Trump with the tyrannical Dems in power with help from RINO’s then the protocol suddenly changes. And even The Washington Post noted that all recent administrations have all had some Presidential Records Act violations, e.g., Barack Obama and George W. Bush.

All of a sudden these violations are a Federal crime that warrants investigation by the Justice Department? The double-standard is so obvious that you have to be comatose or dead not to see it!
When President Trump wanted to view or store classified material at Mar-a-Lago, he would do so in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). This is where the documents were originally found.
The boxes only contained mementos, gifts, and letters from world leaders.
But Hillary Clinton used a private server to conduct official government business and deleted and whitewashed 32,000 emails without facing any legal consequences. She was caught transmitting classified material over a private server while she was the head of the Department of State. The corrupt FBI refused to take action but covered up her crime. Through numerous FOIA lawsuits, Judicial Watch revealed that more than 300 of Hillary Clinton’s emails contained classified material, including the name of a clandestine CIA agent.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi tore up a government document — Trump’s State of the Union Address, but she got away with what clearly was a violation of a government document.

It has been confirmed that President Trump declassified damaging records on Obama and Biden. The declassified documents are related to the FBI spy operation against Trump’s 2016 campaign. The operation was dubbed ‘Crossfire Hurricane.’
This is why Attorney General Merrick Garland sent his FBI raid brigade to go retrieve them from Mar-a-Lago.
This raid was orchestrated out of fear of Trump because he is proving his argument based on documents he declassified that he is a victim of a political witch-hunt and that the criminals involved include Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is occupying the White House.
