The judge doesn’t further specify his reason for recusal in the order.
“That naturally raises questions then about his signing of the search warrant for the raid on Trump’s home. What was his personal bias or knowledge? Or did he work for the Clinton team in any way? If he was recusing himself from the Trump-Clinton matter, is there a continuing issue that would be problematic in signing off on the Trump warrant?”
How could the judge who recused himself in June from the Trump against Clinton lawsuit, citing a statute as to impartiality, sign off on a search warrant less than two months later when he admittedly has a bias in favor of Hillary Clinton and the political interests of the Democrat Party?
He is guilty of a conflict of interest!
The Trump lawsuit alleges that Clinton and her political allies were involved in a racketeering conspiracy to propagate false claims about Trump and Russia in connection with the 2016 presidential race.

Judge Ratcliffe once posted a Facebook post that bashed Trump. His post cited Clinton official Robert Reich! He has also donated money to politicians who represent President Trump’s fiercest enemies on the Left and amongst the RINO “Never Trumpers”.
The search warrant, therefore, is not legal. You can’t have a judge recuse himself from a case involving President Trump and then sign off on a search warrant less than two months later when it involves President Trump who is involved in an active case you recused yourself from a short time ago!
The judge, as Nick Arama reports, “worked for Jeffrey Epstein’s employees. He helped them secure immunity deals from the government after he left the U.S. Attorney’s office where they had been prosecuting Epstein.”
If traffic tickets always get tossed based on a slight technicality then this warrant and any item confiscated is illegal based on the judge’s admission of partiality.
UPDATE:
It has been confirmed that President Trump declassified damaging records on Obama and Biden. The declassified documents are related to the FBI spy operation against Trump’s 2016 campaign. The operation was dubbed ‘Crossfire Hurricane.’
This is why Attorney General Merrick Garland sent his FBI raid brigade to go retrieve them from Mar-a-Lago.
This raid was orchestrated out of fear of Trump because he is proving his argument based on documents he declassified that he is a victim of a political witch-hunt and that the criminals involved include Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is occupying the White House. He is responsible for this illegal raid The White House claimed they did not know anything about the raid until they seen it on the news. . . but Biden’s AG made this same claim until he was forced to admit he okayed the raid after Judicial Watch filed a motion to release the warrant.
