Is it possible to legally force out of office other than voting them out on an election day the House members who introduced impeachment and voted to impeach President Trump without evidence and who abruptly changed the House rules just so they could defame the character of President Trump with false accusations they know they can never prove based on his record and his increased support this past election among Black and Latino voters?
What if during the Cold War it was proved that Congress was infiltrated by a majority of Russian Communists who were undermining our national security, disturbing the peace by calling for uprisings (like when House Speaker Pelosi encouraged uprisings last year), denying civil liberties and attacking a patriotic president with false charges based on fake documents and an anonymous “witness”?
Can the Supreme Court or the military (once a coup has been proved) or some other power in our system intervene and put a stop to a House that is clearly and purposely criminal and unethical and a constant violator of Constitutional rights including the free speech rights of their opponents?
