CINO Joe is automatically excommunicated based on Church teaching and the Code of Canon Law because of abortion and the fact he not only endorses “same-sex marriage” but he officiated a “gay wedding” back in 2016 which was another grave scandal and a mortal sin committed by CINO Joe.
The Bishops, however, need to formally declare that he has been automatically excommunicated but until then the Biden administration and the media will continue to get away with the error of calling him a “devout Catholic”.
