President Trump’s Biggest Obstacle As His Team Of Lawyers Fight Election Fraud Is Facing Partial Liberal Or RINO “Never Trumper” Lower Court Judges

I posted sometime yesterday on Facebook, Instagram and Parler a warning that one of President Trump’s obstacles in his legal battle against election fraud is that his team of lawyers will likely face lower court judges of a liberal or RINO persuasion. This is exactly what happened with the Obama-appointed judge in Pennsylvania who was faced with overwhelming evidence but nevertheless lied about the case he recklessly threw out and is therefore guilty of misconduct and playing partisan politics. 

At least Trump’s lawyers can seek recourse including seeking a rehearing or if all else fails then bringing the case to a higher court. 

Obama-appointed activist judges like the one who threw out the Trump case in Pennsylvania always rule against Trump or Republicans Their rulings are based on partiality and political prejudice and not on the evidence(s) of each case. These judges can and ought to be held accountable according to “28 U.S. Code § 144 - Bias or prejudice of judge”. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/144

After allegations that Dominion Voting Systems had flipped votes in swing states — the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) — made a counter statement Nov. 12 disputing those allegations. 

CISA claimed “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” 

All well and good, right? Wrong! Did you know Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council? And Dominion is one of two entities that authored that statement put out by CISA.

A company cannot testify on its own behalf. This calls into question the validity of that very testimony. Using this fake testimony as proof there is nothing to see here only shines the light of suspicion that much brighter.

With the help of mass mail-in ballots, the illegal ballot harvesting operation could harvest 700,000 ballots, one Harris County Democrat operative allegedly bragged.

The Obama-Biden administration weaponized the Intelligence Community (IC) against a legitimate Presidential candidate and later set in motion a plan to take down a duly-elected President. Those are now indisputable facts, documented by the very ones who perpetrated the crime and now released for the public to see if anyone will notice.

What happened? We have handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan that conclusively show that Obama/Biden were briefed on the fact that candidate Clinton was going to tie Trump to Russia to derail his campaign and distract from the Clinton email scandal. So what did Obama/Biden do? They doubled down, illegally throwing the full weight of government in for Clinton.

‘We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from [REDACTED]. . . CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.’

There is also a notation reading “Any evidence of collaboration between Trump campaign + Russia” and margin references to “JC,” “Denis,” and “Susan.”  If Brennan thought this was serious enough to brief the President, shouldn’t the media consider this sufficiently serious to investigate and report?”

Unfortunately, this has been denied, obfuscated, and covered up by a complicit media. Our nation is at stake. This is WAY WORSE THAN WATERGATE.

Over the next few days, there should be a flood of declassified documents that provide further in-depth detail on the crime of the century. Will you be allowed to see them? This blog and our social media have been throttled in an attempt to keep you ignorant. If these truths had implicated Trump, you would see nothing else from now until election day. Instead, we get political theater on whether or not someone wore a mask while attending an outside sporting event.

By the way, did you hear the State Department announce that they have found the 30,000 deleted emails from Hillary Clinton’s home server? They were able to retrieve them despite the felonious activity taken to “bleachbit” the server and destroy copies. The coverup and evidence destruction was initially deemed illegal by the FBI top lawyer and clearly was illegal for anyone who cared to follow the law. 
Instead of rooting out the truth at the time, the Obama/Biden IC was plotting against candidate Donald Trump.

Remember, we warned about the “Politicization of Intelligence” that I saw firsthand for a dozen years. It has now gotten so bad that our nation’s future is at stake. When you have the FBI and CIA “in the tank” for one political party, there can be little hope for America. It gets worse when foreign powers seemingly control that party. [As an aside, the entire world knows that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is responsible for the pandemic. Even if the release was accidental, the CCP weaponized the virus spread through disinformation, corruption of the WHO, and by sending superspreaders around the world.]

As a summary, we now have rock-solid evidence that:

1. Hillary Clinton (illegally) used a home server for classified government communications. That would be “go to jail time” for any normal American.
   
2. Hillary Clinton’s team (illegally) covered up (and destroyed) the evidence and obstructed justice. [Never forget the totally inappropriate and likely illegal Bill Clinton meeting with Obama AG Loretta Lynch.]
   
3. The Obama/Biden Justice Department covered for Hillary and failed to follow through on either getting the evidence or prosecuting the crimes.
   
4. Hillary Clinton’s campaign then launched a fake news story of Trump-Russian collusion to distract from her malfeasance. They funded a now fully debunked dossier to carry out their scheme.
   
5. Obama/Biden knew, without question, that the dossier was totally fabricated and without any substantiation whatsoever. But instead of sharing this truth with the American people, the Obama/Biden team seeded the false information into the IC as an “insurance policy” to be used in the unexpected case that Trump won.
   
6. After a resounding Trump victory, the “insurance policy” was then used to distract the Trump team, sideline incoming National Security Advisor Flynn, and waste the people’s money with a lengthy and failed Mueller investigation.
   
7. When that failed, the same players then created a fake controversy surrounding a Ukraine phone call. The “deep state” essentially accused President Trump of doing what former VP Biden did in the open (threatening to withhold aid) and even bragged about it. Biden was covering up his son’s corruption at Burisma by demanding the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Hunter’s malfeasance. [The facts are clear but the media continues to hide them from you and falsely claim “nothing to see here.”]
   
8. The fake Ukraine probe was used to justify a partisan impeachment effort that unnecessarily occupied the White House this January, just as the pandemic was beginning to spread. Fortunately, President Trump did implement restrictions on travel from China (something Biden called “xenophobic”).

Sadly, the American media has not shared these obvious truths but instead has spun an unbelievable narrative to make President Trump look like the bad guy here. Yet despite all of this, the Trump Administration has an impressive list of first-term accomplishments as noted by one-time “never Trumper” David Sound in The Federalist (October 9, 2020):

I don’t care about the tone of his tweets nor if his opponents think he’s rude. I’ve seen that he is a patriot who genuinely loves the United States of America and its people. Trump’s list of first-term accomplishments has been truly impressive:

• Building the strongest U.S. economy in my lifetime through historic business and personal tax cuts, resulting in millions of jobs created and record-low unemployment
• Cutting federal government regulations that had a stranglehold on American business innovators and entrepreneurs
• Confronting China’s trade abuses and negotiating fair trade deals with Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan
• Eliminating the Obamacare individual mandate
• Rebuilding our military through investments in our defense capabilities as well as securing the largest military pay raise in a decade
• Nominating and confirming more solid conservative circuit court judges than any other first-term administration
• Nominating and fighting for the confirmation of two originalists, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, to the Supreme Court and then nominating Amy Coney Barrett to fill the vacancy left by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
• Moving the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and then brokering the Abraham Accords peace deal between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain
• Consistently fighting Democrats to build the wall to secure our southern border, reinforcing and repairing hundreds of miles, with more construction on the way

Perhaps that is why a recent Gallup poll found that 56% of Americans believe they are better off than four years ago. And that is despite experiencing the Chinese pandemic, the Marxist-insurgent riots, wildfires, the obvious partisan media attacks, and everything else thrown at us daily! That is the highest number EVER RECORDED at this point in an election year. Under any normal circumstances this would equate to a landslide Trump victory. Yet, major polls show Biden leading by 16 points? 

Something doesn’t add up!

I would contend that the “better or worse off than 4 years ago” question will get a more honest response than “who do you support for President?” Some people are afraid of acknowledging their support for Trump. Beyond that, many pollsters are doing everything possible to make Biden look stronger. This includes oversampling Democrats, and when they do include Republicans, selecting those most likely to oppose Trump.

If a fair election were held today, I have little doubt that Trump would win a second term. But we have the media pounding away at him and the very real risks of outright election and voter fraud. And we must be aware that a second Trump term would spell doom for the Deep State so they will do anything (literally anything) to stop him.

What Do We Do About It?

Here are five assignments:

1. Get EDUCATED. Don’t swallow the media Kool-Aid. Research for yourself what I’ve shared. It is crystal-clear to anyone who cares to see it. [Of course you have to dig below the politicized Google search results at the top of the page designed to brainwash you.]
2. COMMUNICATE. Spread this truth as widely as possible. We know our message is being throttled by social media. All that means is that you will have to do the extra work of spreading it. Find a dozen people and email, call, and text with the truth. You can still use social media. It can be very effective, it’s just harder when they throttle.
3. ENCOURAGE others that it is OK to support President Trump. It’s not only OK, it is imperative.
4. VOLUNTEER to help watch the polls. Look for any sign that ballots are being dumped. Report to authorities anything that looks like election fraud.
5. PRAY! Get right with God and ask for His mercy for our nation. Ask others to pray as well. Our future is at stake. It may seem like everyone is arrayed against us. But, “if God be for us, who can stand against us?” -Romans 8:31

Breaking News: Intel Chief Declassifies CIA Documents Regarding Alleged Clinton Plan To Link Trump To Russia’s Hacking

This is a colossal scandal that criminalizes Hillary Clinton (she devised the plan to help coverup her crimes and try stealing the Presidential election in 2016) and anyone involved in the plot to falsely accuse and destroy President Trump via the Russia hoax. This hoax involves top government and Intelligence officials including President Barack Obama and VP Joe Biden (the current presidential candidate for the Democrat Party).

What else do we know according to the declassified documents? 

• Hillary devised a plan to falsely link then Presidential candidate Donald J. Trump to Russia hackers to distract from her email scandal. 

• President Barack Hussein Obama knew about the hoax but went along with it and did not try to stop it. 

• How much did members of the Obama administration, including Vice President Joe Biden (the current Democratic Presidential candidate) know about the hoax? Biden knew the Obama administration spied on Trump and he was present at a January 5, 2017 meeting in the Oval Office with Obama and then National Security Advisor Susan Rice to discuss the Russia hoax. We know this from a declassified email Susan Rice sent to herself on the day of Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2017. She wrote: 

 “On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden and I were also present.”

• The hoax was known and pushed by high level members of the Intelligence community who colluded with Hillary to create and publicly spread the hoax to hurt Trump. 

• The declassified notes on the Russia hoax show that former CIA Director John Brennan knew about the hoax and supported it. In a handwritten note, Brennan points to Hillary Clinton as the prime instigator of the Russia hoax. He wrote: “We’re getting additional insight into Russian activites from [REDACTED],” Brennan’s handwritten notes state. “Cite alleged approval by Hillary Clinton–on 26 July–of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to villify [sic] Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services.” 

Brennan wrote these notes to recall a meeting held at the White House with President Obama and his top national security advisers. 

Brennan is a known hotheaded Never-Trumper. He often appears on MSNBC angrily attacking the President with wild and untrue accusations. He obviously does this in desperation to divert public attention away from the origin of the Russia hoax and his involvement to help overthrow President Trump.

Democrats Falsely Accuse President Trump Of Not Acting Early Against The China Virus, But Their Early Reactions To The President Contradict Their Current Rhetoric! (Video proof)

The Democrats are lying when they say President Trump did not act early enough against the China Virus (aka., COVID-19, Coronavirus). Trump did act even during the SOTU speech (the one that Rep. Nancy Pelosi tore in half and the one Joe Biden falsely claims Trump never said a word about the virus), but the lying Dems attacked him right away by downplaying the virus and accusing him overreacting and, in Biden’s case, of “xenophobic”! 

If we currently have stores open for business and packed with people then we can have people voting in person this November!

Voting is already done with voting booths spaced apart. Waiting lines can be spaced out at polling places as they currently are in stores and other public places. The push by liberals for mail-in voting only is suspicious. There have been cases of voter fraud including in Rhode Island where it was found that there are more people on voter rolls than there are citizens edible to vote! There was a case in another state where mail-in voters were discovered packed away and unaccounted for by election officials. Mail-in voting can be manipulated with the wrong people in charge.
